Frequently asked questions
- What are flows?
- A flow is a sequence of actions performed in the browser. You can use existing flows from the gallery or build your own. For example, a flow could visit a page, scrape some data, and write it to a spreadsheet.
- What is execution time and how much do I need?
- Execution time measures how long it took to run a flow. The amount of execution time you need depends on the number of active flows you have and how frequently those flows are run. For example, running a flow that takes around 30 seconds to scrape a page every day would require around 15 minutes of execution time for a month.
- What's the difference between the Chrome extension and Cloud?
- The Chrome extension runs flows directly in your own browser, which is useful for one-off tasks. Browserflow Cloud runs flows in the cloud, which is useful for running flows on a schedule even when your computer is off.
- Can I change my plan later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you upgrade, you'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the month. If you downgrade, you'll be credited on next month's bill.
- What if I decide to cancel?
- You can cancel at any time. You'll continue to have access for the remainder of your billing period.
